From what to begin, which programs suit for beginners?

If we are speaking about rockclimbing programs, then all our trips are targeted on beginners mostly. AlexClimb rockclimbing program it is comfort accommodation, good meals, interesting sightseeing, moderate and comfortable physic exercises. The only recommendation will be this - for getting maximum impressions from your climbing trip (if you are total beginner), it would be nice to train beforehand, for not to loose your time for learning the basic climbing skills which can be learned easily before the trip on the rockclimbing gym.

The summary: before taking part in any rockclimbing trip spend some time (one or two months) on the rockclimbing gym. We will be happy to help you in this on our "Moscow Indoor Rockclimbing Courses"

As for mountain climbing program, if you don't have previous climbing experience, but you would like to try what is the mountain climbing, it will be reasonable to start from the following programs, for which you don't need any previous training or special skills. The only restriction is absence of medical contra-indication for mountaineering.
