Physical training for mountain climbing
The success in the mountain climbing in many ways depends on the physical form of each of the participants. For everyone, who is
going to take part in any kind of mountain trip, we recommend to exercise regularly for 3-4
months for the purpose to improve and make more stable reaction of your organism for working in high altitude conditions.
Besides of the mountain climbing, the good physical form and the regular exercising in active sports favorably effects his general health,
immunity, working ability and psychological condition.
The trainings of AlexClimb Mountain climbing School take place every Wednesday from 19.00 till 20.30 and and Saturday from 10.00 till 12.00,
outdoors in ecologically clean parts of. Moscow.
Depending on a level of your initial preparation, the quantity of trainings and their intensity is individually selected.
Per one week two trainings usually take place as a minimum, one of them is just for endurance (cross of 5-10-15 kms,
or ski of 10-20-30 kms in winter time), and during the second training we increase force and power (force) endurance. In power
trainings we use the circular principle - when the exercises on various groups of muscles are performed without breaks between them.
The training consists of 4 repetitions of a series of power exercises on different groups of muscles, the exercises are carried
out without breaks between them, the short rest is supposed only between series. Thus, it is possible to simulate the heavy duty
of working in the conditions of poor air. Reducing the time of restoration, we achieve transition our training into an anaerobic
phase - muscles consume more oxygen, than receive, and, as result, are reconstructed on more economic mode of operations.
