AlexClimb Indoor Rockclimbing courses in Moscow
 The AlexClimb Moscow Rock climbing School
functions from September to May. We organize whole training process, develop the
individual training schedule and take our clients to organized climbing tours in Russia and many other countries. Our instructors
will make your trainings maximum safe and effective, help you to avoid standard mistakes of beginners or help to progress
to higher sportive level of climbing.
The program of trainings includes climbing on various indoor and outdoor climbing gyms in Moscow, you can choose the time for
you climbing trainings according to your own schedule. Individual trainings can be organized as well as climbing in a group.
Normally the group trainings from Monday to Friday start at 19.00 and last until 21.00) on the best
climbing gyms in Moscow. More info on request.
Price: Rockclimbing course with English speaking Instructor in a group of 4-8 people costs 5400 Rubles for 8 two-hour trainings,
first one is free (you have to pay only for your entrance ticket).
Individual trainings for one or two people can be organized at any time, convenient for you for 1500 Rubles.
All necessary equipment is provided, except personal (T-shirt, pants, rock shoes, running shoes or sandals).

What the Rockclimbing is??
Rockclimbing is a quite young sport recently divided from mountaineering and turned into fully independent sport. Though in the mountain
climbing technique rockclimbing till now is one of the most important, but today we have another sport called rockclimbing which has nothing to do with
mountains. Now it is rather developed, far more safe than mountaineering, indoor kind of sports which is very attractive, healthy and popular among the people of many countries.
In Moscow there are many convenient rockclimbing gyms daily attended by thousands of professionals and amateurs of this beautiful sport.
