Rockclimbing Master-class
Service Description of the Indoor Rockclimbing Master class with professional trainer of MCS AlexClimb rockclimbing School
Rockclimbing Master-class of MCS AlexClimb will be interesting to anyone who is mobile and active, who loves sports, who keeps himself in good fit form and would like to experience the new positive emotions and the joy of victory.
Rockclimbing Master Class of the climbing School MCS AlexClimb - that is a complete individual training, which includes a complete introductory briefing on the theory, tactics and practical technique of rockclimbing, with demonstration by coach of the basic elements of climbing art, and teaching the basic rockclimbing belaying skills. Unlike the most proposals for "rockclimbing" which recently appeared on the Russian market, the service "Rockclimbing Master Class of MCS AlexClimb rockclimbing School" that is not entertainment event - on the opposite - that is a complete sport training, which mission - effective teaching of the basic elements of the rockclimbing technique. The time of the climbing training is limited only by your physical abilities - individual work with a trainer during 2 hours (belay provides coach) and further independent work under the supervision of a coach - until you are strong enough (within the timetable of MCS AlexClimb). At the time of the rockclimbing class all the necessary equipment and special shoes are provided for free.
The service is to be booked through a special application form.
Rockclimbing training Plan:
• Meeting, introducing with the coach
• Gymnastic workout
• Safety Briefing
• Test of your coordination skills - a trial climb with belaying on a simple route of 10 meters high
• Introductory lecture on the theory and practice of rockclimbing, with a demonstration of technical elements.
• Training the basic technical climbing techniques
• Training of top rope balys tecnique
• Rockclimbing under the supervision of a coach
• Gymnastic stretching, exercises for coordination
• Parting in tears and promise to come back
Conditions of rockclimbing training
• Need of pre-registration through a special application form
• Rockclimbing classes begin every day:
- Weekdays 17:00, 19:00;
- At the weekend: 9:00, 11:00, 14:00 and 16:00.
• Individual rockclimbing training - within 2 hours of rockclimbing lessons, belay is provided by coach. In the warm-up and cool down parts, lectures and introductory briefing other visitors can participate - the individual part of the training begins at working off the techniques of rockclimbing. In the training can participate not more than 2 people per coach (unless otherwise agreed).
• Depending on the time of the rockclimbing training, the number of visitors in the rockclimbing gym may be different - we do not guarantee that all the rockclimbing gym will be free during your climbing time.

• Children under 18 years are admitted to the rockclimbing training accompanied by parents - that requires prior agreement with the school administrator
• You need to have a light climbing t-Shirt and pants, sports shoes.

The prices of Gift Sertificates of MCS AlexClimb for Rockclimbing Master-class:
- Gift sertificate for the Private rockclimbing training (Rockclimbing Master-class) - 2500 RUR.
- Gift sertificate for the Private rockclimbing training (Rockclimbing Master-class) for two - 4000 RUR.
Individual trainings are possible at any time convenient for you previously confirmed by us - apply for this by our Application form or by e-mail.
Duration of one rockclimbing training is 2 hours, with possibility of its prolongation without extra charge, - according to our Rockclimbing schedule;
All our instructors and trainers are English speaking;
The price of the rent of the rockclimbing equipment is included in the price of the training (the safety equipment). Rent of rock shoes is provided free of charge;

Conditions of cancellation and changing the time of rockclimbing training at MCS AlexClimb School of rockclimbing. Once paid the Gift sertificate is not to be cancelled, no refunds are possible in case of loss or no show at the accorded time of the training. Change of the date and time of the Master-class is possible in coordination with the School administrator, not later than 24 hours from the fixed time of rockclimbing training . Extension of the rockclimbing training in case of your delay is possible only in case if there is a free trainer and a free slot in the group. It is better to arrive on time.

From the very beginning of our activity, here nearly 16 years, the first Principle of work of School of mountaineering and rock-climbing of MCS AlexClimb is the Safety Priority. On the basis of this Principle all process of training is based, all programs and rounds are developed and carried out only within this main principle. We consider that at professional approach to development of programs, at personal discipline and correctly put motivation - occupations by mountaineering and rock-climbing are COMPLETELY safe. And from the return - all troubles and accidents in our sport come from nonprofessionalism, from ignorance or neglect by elementary standards of safety, from irrational motivation, from revaluation of own forces and opportunities. All these prerequisites we COMPLETELY EXCLUDE in our work - ours Rock-climbing, Ice climbing and Mountaineering are based on one Principle - the Safety Priority. In rock-climbing, mountaineering and ice climbing, the Priority of Safety of MCS AlexClimb-is your personal security and comfort irrespective of, than we are engaged - we train muscles and we work technology of the movement in the sports hall and on the rock climbing wall, we make the way through snowstorm to top or we relax on golden sand of the Caribbean beach after hot day of trainings on rocks. The Safety priority - the main credo of School of mountaineering and rock-climbing of MCS AlexClimb.
AlexClimb Rule #2 - Leave No Trace
Closely interacting with Nature, working with the active programs in mountains, woods, lakes and rivers, we perfectly understand the importance of carefull and respectfull bahavior towards the Nature, for its resources. From the very beginning of our outdoor-activity we adopted rules of Leave No Trace technique - the standard of behavior of the person accepted in all the civilized world in relation to environment and especially - to the wild nature. After all on the relation of people to the nature near which they exist, itself can draw dalekoidushchy conclusions on the relation of these people to... Where and as we didn't travel - we don't reserve any garbage, we try to reduce whenever possible our influence on environment to a minimum. We clear earlier zagryazyonny tourist parking of the left garbage, we take out and we take out to utilization places that to us other people left there. We consider that only thus, at personal individual consciousness of each citizen, each tourist, climber or autotraveller, we will be able to keep the nature surrounding us in its state, natural, suitable for life, - in it pledge of the healthy future for ourselves and our children.
